This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services, or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services.

Account Information. When you create a GradientLab account, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. If you sign in through a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider.
Payment Information. Where we sell subscriptions through the Services, we use Stripe to process your payments. Stripe collects information to process payments on our behalf, including your name, email address, and payment card information. GradientLab does not receive or store your full payment card information, but we may receive information associated with your payment (e.g., confirmation of payment, last four digits of your card, and country of origin).
Communication Information. We collect personal information such as email address when you request information about the Services, contact support, or otherwise communicate with us.
Customer Content. We collect gradient designs, projects, and other materials that you create on or upload to the Services ("Customer Content"). Customer Content may include personal information such as names used in your designs.

Automatic Data Collection. We collect certain information automatically when you use the Services. This may include your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, and information about how you interact with the Services.

We retain your account information and Customer Content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.

Our service providers (Supabase, Vercel) maintain industry-standard security certifications. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
